    Registration
    Some areas of our online shop require you to register first. After registration, we store the personal data you provide via your chosen user name. We save these data so that you do not have to fill them in again each time and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement.

We will not provide the data linked to your user name to third parties, unless this is necessary within the framework of the execution of the agreement you enter into with us or if it is required by law. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of our web shop, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.

Contact form and newsletter
We offer through our online shop the possibility to ask questions through a contact form, where you will be asked to fill in various data to handle your question. You choose which data you provide in the process. The data you send us will be kept as long as necessary according to the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail for a complete response and handling.

We offer a newsletter through which we wish to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains a link allowing you to unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will be added to the list of subscribers only with your explicit consent.

Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services, finally we have the IP addresses anonymised.

Security
We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorised access to personal data. In particular, we take the following measures:

  • We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) that protect all information between you and our website when you enter personal data

  • We keep logs of all retrievals of personal data

Keeping periods
The personal data described above will be kept for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty. Thereafter, we retain data for up to one year for the statistical purposes described. The data is then deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for payment data).
