Return policy
At Borek Parasols | Outdoor Furniture you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving your order. Products should be returned undamaged and - if reasonably possible - in their original packaging. If damage is caused by improper use or handling, we reserve the right to charge a reduction in value. This is in accordance with the legal guidelines for distance purchases.
Return shipping costs are always at the buyer's expense. Many of our products are large or heavy and cannot be sent via regular parcel post. Please therefore take into account average return costs from €15. If we arrange the return via our own delivery service, costs may be charged up to €50, depending on the type of product and distance.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can inform us in writing, by e-mail or via the return form that you wish to withdraw from the contract. The use of the model form is permitted, but not obligatory. We prefer to use our online return form so that we can process your return properly. After notification, you have 30 days to actually return the product.

Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will refund the full purchase price including shipping costs, within 14 days. This only applies if you return the entire order. For partial returns, shipping costs will not be refunded. We will refund via the same payment method you used to pay, unless otherwise agreed. Refund may be delayed until we have received the products or you have proved that they have been shipped.
Please note: Customised products (products made to the customer's specification) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Warranty conditions
At Borek Parasols | Outdoor Furniture, quality and service are paramount. Therefore, we offer you not only a stylish outdoor product, but also security after purchase.
All our products are covered by the statutory guarantee: a product must do what you can reasonably expect of it. In addition, on our own brands Borek, Max & Luuk and YOI we offer an additional factory warranty of 2 years.

Only valid on items purchased through the Flagship Stores or an authorised retailer
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights
Complaints
Not satisfied with your order or our service? Then we would like to hear from you. You can submit a complaint via our complaint form. If possible, please include the original invoice and a clear photo of the complaint. This allows us to handle your report quickly and carefully. You will receive a substantive response within 48 hours.
Not satisfied with the outcome?
Then you can take your complaint to the Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel or the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) via www.degeschillencommissie.nl or ODR.
