Delivery & Shipping

At Borek Parasols | Outdoor Furniture, we ensure a safe and careful delivery of your order. Depending on the product type and destination, we use PostNL or our own delivery service.

Delivery via PostNL

For smaller orders, we work with PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail with which you can easily track the shipment. Your order will be delivered to the address provided. Then PostNL will try again at a later time. After a second failed delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned.

Delivery via own delivery service

For larger or fragile products, we deliver via our own delivery service. In that case, we will contact you personally to arrange a delivery time. You will not receive a Track & Trace code, but we will clearly agree with you when the delivery will take place. Should you not be present, we will discuss in advance what will happen - e.g. delivery to your neighbours or return to our depot.

Pick up in store

Prefer to collect your order yourself? Then choose pick-up in store when placing your order. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready.
